Weekly Menu - June 4th - 10th

Chili Verde / Tortillas / Spanish Rice Cut a boneless pork roast into bite size cubes, place in crockpot, sprinkle with garlic salt, pour chili verde salsa on top. Turn crockpot on high and let cook one hour. Serve in or with flour tortillas with cheese, sour cream along side spanish rice.

throw your choice of lettuce on the bottom and top with cubed cheddar, deli meat, tomato, green onion, egg, radish, cucumber, and croutons...top with fresh ranch

Monthly To Do - June

There are two important things I do in June.  First is make our bi-yearly dentist appointments for check-ups.  I always find it easiest to remember to do this in January and June.
The second thing I like to make sure to do is check fall recreational sports for deadlines, fees, and schedules.  Many fall sports have final sign-ups in June.  Don't let your kids miss out because you missed the registrations.
